Yes, we are built for volume. Our ISO9001-certified facility in Hefei spans 135,000 square feet with 5 dedicated assembly lines.

Are you a factory or a trading company? Do you have an export license?
We are a 100% manufacturing factory with our own independent export license. You are dealing directly with the source.

What equipment do you use to ensure precision?
Precision is key to installation. We utilize German-imported CNC cutting centers (e.g., Elumatec or similar equivalent) and automated corner crimping machines.

Can your windows meet NFRC (US) or CE (Europe) energy standards?
Yes. We design our systems to meet specific regional thermal standards.
- For US/Canada: We offer NFRC-compliant configurations with Low-E coatings (Single/Double/Triple silver) and Argon gas filling, achieving U-values as low as 0.20–0.28.
- For Hurricane Zones: We provide Impact-Rated systems (verified for Florida/Caribbean markets) using SGP laminated glass.
- For Europe: Our thermal-break aluminum profiles utilize high-quality PA66 nylon strips (not cheap PVC) to ensure passing CE thermal requirements.
What materials does Hotian use?
We work with uPVC profiles, thermal‑break aluminum systems, steel and iron structures, and engineered wood door constructions, combined with insulated or laminated glass and branded hardware from established suppliers. Material combinations are selected based on the project’s climate zone, performance targets, and design style to balance durability, thermal performance, sound insulation, and aesthetics.
Do you provide shop drawings for approval?
Absolutely. We do not start production until you are 100% satisfied with the technical details.
- Process: Once we receive your architectural plans (CAD/PDF), our engineering team will generate Professional Shop Drawings within 2–4 days.
- Content: These drawings will detail the opening direction, frame dimensions, node diagrams, and installation fin positions for your final signature.
How do you handle glass safety and breakage risks?
Safety is our priority.
- Glass Source: We use top-tier tempered glass (CCC/SGCC/IGCC certified) from major suppliers like XYG, CSG and other top-quality suppliers.
- Packaging: All glass units are packed in fully enclosed plywood crates (non-fumigation) with protective foam spacers. We maintain a breakage rate of less than 1% over the last 5 years.
- Guarantee: If any glass arrives broken, simply send us photos. We will manufacture free replacements immediately and ship them with the fastest available method.

Can you customize?
Yes. 95% of our orders are custom-made.
We work with your architectural plans. Whether you need US-style nailing fins, European tilt & turn hardware, or Caribbean impact glass, we configure the system to match your local building codes. Send us your window schedule, and we can quote within 48 hours.
Do you accept custom designs based on our project drawings?
Yes. We specialize in bespoke manufacturing for commercial and residential projects. You can send us your architectural plans (PDF/CAD/Revit). Our engineering team will review them and provide Shop Drawings for your approval before production to ensure every opening size, frame color, and glass specification meets your project’s wall structure.
Does Hotian support OEM or private label cooperation?
We offer OEM and private label cooperation for partners who want to build or expand their own brand using our production. Design, specifications and details can be adjusted to fit the target market while using our existing capacity and experience.
What information does Hotian need for a customized quotation?
To prepare an accurate quotation, we usually need project drawings or sketches, quantities, dimensions, material preferences and key performance requirements. Clear information at the start helps us give precise pricing and lead time suggestions.
What certifications and standards do Hotian’s products meet?
Our quality management system is certified to ISO9001:2015, and our products have obtained certifications such as CE, TUV, AS2047, AAMA and SON for different markets. These certifications support code and performance requirements when our products are used in various regions.
How does Hotian control product quality?
We use imported production equipment and a trained team to control quality from raw materials through to finished products. Each step is monitored to help keep dimensions, performance and surface finish consistent across all orders.
How do you ensure the quality before shipping?
We have a strict 4-step QC process:
- Raw Material Check: Profile thickness and paint finish inspection.
- Mid-Production: Corner joint strength and hardware function testing.
- Finished Product: Water tightness and size verification.
- Pre-shipment: We send detailed photos and videos of your finished windows (including measurement photos) for your remote approval before packing.
How do you pack the windows to prevent damage during sea freight?
We use export-standard packaging designed for LCL/FCL handling:
- Protective Tape: On profile surfaces to prevent scratches.
- Corner Protection: Hard cardboard or plastic corners.
- Wooden Crates: Fully enclosed non-fumigation plywood crates (composite wood) with iron pallets at the bottom for forklift handling.
- Air Bags: Used inside the container to fill gaps and prevent shaking.

We ship doors and windows to many regions, including Latin America, Africa, Asia, Europe and North America, with projects already supplied in Panama, Nigeria, Chile, India, Germany, the U.S., Spain and the U.K. Our experience with export documentation and logistics helps new partners start cooperation smoothly.

From the design and production stage, we fully consider the actual installation conditions on site—wall types, fixing methods, opening directions, and sealing requirements—to simplify work for your installers. We can integrate features such as nailing fins, sub‑frames, pre‑drilled fixing points, and clear labeling by room or opening to help reduce mistakes and save time during installation.
What kind of installation guidance do you provide?
We provide installation reference documents, diagrams, and media files (such as PDFs, step‑by‑step photos, and short videos) covering typical installation methods for our main systems. For project orders, our team is available to support your installers remotely via email, calls, or online meetings when they have technical questions on site.
Can Hotian send engineers to the project site?
For larger or strategic projects, and subject to prior agreement, we can arrange for an experienced Hotian engineer to visit your site to provide on‑site installation guidance and process support, rather than replacing your local contractor. This type of service is evaluated case by case based on project size, complexity, and location, and is usually combined with remote technical support and detailed pre‑installation planning.
