Hotian’s world-class manufacturing facility plays a key role in allowing us to produce high-quality doors and windows quickly and efficiently. Spanning over 7,000 square meters, it has multiple dedicated workshops and is fully equipped with the latest production tools that are operated and managed by qualified personnel. With our production prowess and time-honed skill, we can fabricate up to 300,000 square meters of custom windows and doors annually.

It Starts with the Raw Materials
To ensure the quality and performance of our custom windows and doors, we begin the production process by using only the best materials available in the market. From working with trusted material suppliers to inspecting all incoming wood, aluminum, UPVC, steel, glass, and other hardware, we can assure confidence in the final product.
Meticulous Testing for Optimal Performance
Hotian applies strict quality control standards throughout the process, which ends with a comprehensive testing phase. We test the products according to regional requirements to ensure they can be sold in that market, such as CE, NFRC and NAMI. Some of the tests we perform include air and water infiltration, structural performance, impact testing, cyclic loading, and forced entry resistance, among others.
For the American market, we design and test products to the standards set by NAFS. For the European markets, we strictly follow CE standards when manufacturing and testing the doors and windows. For other specific markets, we manufacture our windows and doors according to what the local market prefers. We carefully study the market trends of the region to understand their needs, produce appropriate products, and support appropriate certifications.
